As I go through the Medical Coach certification program, I am struck again by how different and important the coaching frame of mind is. It is forever new. It empowers both the one being coached and the coach. The sense of gestalt, the sense that all parts, “good” and “bad” alike, have a place in our lives leaves us to live the life we have from where we are with freedom to move with the growth experienced by coach and coached alike.
I am grateful for the Medical Coaching Institute. It takes guts to do what they are doing. To hold to such a standard in what is so often considered a less-than-whole situation is courageous.
You will continue to hear expressions of gratitude. May they too bring renewal to you as they do me.
